By accident I guess or is it by Divine intervention I found Warrior Immune System on face book and a short video clip by Dr. Peter Glidden ND talking about high Blood pressure. I never heard the information before about how to lower High Blood Pressure by using calcium and magnesium for the artery that pumps blood into our veins. I ordered Magnesium Taurate 400 and after taking this supplement a week my blood
pressure was getting lower. I soon found out about longevity products and a week later my order arrived and I started on Heart and brain pack in mid Feb of 2017. I signed up to be a Dr. Gidden advocate to learn more and started to follow the best advice I have ever heard in 50+ years. Now having followed Dr. Peter Glidden ND advice and having been on Longevity supplements for only a couple weeks I was able to eliminate blood pressure medication for the first time in 5 years and with no help from 4 different family MD practices. I use OMRON monitor and a CVS monitor. I am also sleeping better at night, my breathing is better as I am not winded walking up hills as this was starting to happen. I am not getting up all through the night having to go to the bathroom 4 or more times in the night. Some nights i would wake up and never could get back to sleep. My mood is better and I am thinking more clear for some reason. I am 64 years old and have been a professional gun dog or Retriever Trainer for 45 years, so I am very active outdoors. The bladder problems that was getting worse has gone away it seems normal so far, this was with only being on the Youngevity products 2 weeks. I also have eliminated the 12 foods and should mention I never smoked or drank but I ate typical poor diet and drank much sugar products for most of my life. When I stopped the sugar products, and processed foods and drink full of sugar in Feb of 2015 I lost weight very fast. But that was not the key to lowering my BP. Not even all the healthy food I was trying to eat or the hours of walking I do was helping to lower my Blood pressure and rid my self of these medications I believe I walk more than majority of people especially in my age group due to that which is required of my job. I now believe the key to me getting more healthy and off BP meds and feel better is the 90 essential vitamins and minerals, plus eliminate the 12 bad foods, stop eating packaged foods and started eating more healthy whole foods. The sad part is NOT one MD practice I have been too has helped me the slightest to improve my health.
I am so grateful that my son Anthony Mosora took the time and told me about Youngevity Supplements. The Supplements I am on are from a Recommendation from Dr, Glidden after my son Anthony Mosora spoke to Him about my Health Issues. I am 61 years old and over the years have had numerous health problems. I have been told by my Dr's that I have COPD and needed to be on oxygen and that I would have limited activities. My Pulmonary Doctor said I looked like a different Person my last Appointment.. She said no need to make a follow-up visit. Unless I need to come in .! I just smiled and said Good-bye.. Throughout my life, the idea of wholistic health has been vitally important to me. I am thankful to God for what I and so many people around me have learned and have put into action. As a registered nurse, health coach, an avid learner of all things wholistic, (and of course, now a Youngevity Distributor), I have been blessed to have experienced multiple benefits of Youngevity’s nutritional supplements, the recommended dietary protocols, and other lifestyle actions to optimize not only my own health but the health of so many people.
Although I could write of many of the benefits experienced by those who are close to me, I will gladly share from my own personally story. Since I began my journey supplementing with Youngevity’s 90 essential nutrients, I have noticed that I feel more awake and energized even if I sleep significantly less. I am not advocating sleep deprivation; however, it is true that in the past I definitely required more sleep during the day only to feel not as energized as I do now with reduced sleep time. Obviously, as a nurse and home-based business owner who commonly works 13-14 hour shifts multiple times per week, I need as much help in the “energy department” as possible.
Next, since I have supplemented with the 90 essential nutrients along with adopting the recommended eating habits promoted by Dr. Wallach, Dr. Glidden, and other experts within Youngevity, I have been able to fast for 24 hours or more on a consistent, weekly basis without feeling like I am struggling as much as compared to my pre-supplementation days.
Finally, I have noticed that since I have consistently applied deep, rhythmic breathing exercises (encouraged by my father Pete Mosora and Pharmacist Ben Fuchs) into my daily routine, I have been able to experience significant stress relief during and around the time of these exercises.
Truly, it is amazing how much the body can do (even when sleep and calories may be minimal) when the body is given the raw materials it needs. I am sincerely grateful to God for individuals such as Dr. Wallach, Dr. Glidden, Pharmacist Ben, Dr. Joanne Conaway, and the rest of the committed individuals in Youngevity Nation. Together, they have brought forth life-changing, science-based, effective strategies to help us thrive by placing focus back on the basics such as how to properly eat, drink, supplement, fast, breathe, etc.
