MULTIPLE SCLETOSIS

I am a 53 year old female, living in London, UK. I was given a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis 25 years ago, and nutrition was the first thing I knew to pay attention to. I was inspired by early pioneers like Roger McDougal (at that time I had to get a bus to a library, find the research and take photocopies). My diet has always been quite good (mostly organic and gluten free) but Dr. Glidden and Dr. Wallach were concerned with people's health generally - about time!

I have been taking Dr.Gliddens recommended supplements for about 8 weeks and the initial signs are good: speech has noticeably improved (stronger, clearer, quicker) ; pulse is stronger; inflammation around my ankle is 80 per cent reduced and I feel as though I have new skin - smoother, tighter and fewer wrinkles! A therapist also pointed out that these changes would also be taking place on the inside - to soft tissue...

So far, so good...

Mobility still poor, and plenty of fatigue, but will update on further changes...
